| Ron McCance is a member of NAHI and has been certified by NAHI as a Home Inspector. Ron received his certification in 1997 and has performed over 600 inspections since then! It is his belief that you must be able to build it to inspect it! All inspections are performed in a professional, hands & eyes method. Ron does not use state-of-the-art fancy tools and gizmos to perform inspections. He uses his hands and eyes to check the construction and systems of the house. This may be “old-fashioned” to some, but according to all his satisfied clients, Ron's hands are the only tools he needs to accompany his expertise. Inspections are performed using the standards of NAHI coupled with years of building experience. A comprehensive booklet is provided with all findings recorded. Gizmos and gadgets cannot tell you if a structure is sound and built using best practices... But a builder with 40+ years of experience can! |
